LAMBUTH UNIVERSITY ADMISSIONS HOSTS STUDENT OPEN HOUSE

The Lambuth University Department of Admission will host an Open House for prospective students and their parents all day on April 19. Check-in will be at 9 a.m. in Varnell~Jones Hall. Beginning at 11, students will get an opportunity to experience life in the classroom at Lambuth and to meet faculty and current students by attending academic sessions with titles such as "The Psychology and the Politics of Terrorism," hosted by the Political Science Department, "So You Want to Be a Teacher?" hosted by the School of Education, and "The Preposterous Universe," hosted by the School of Mathematical & Natural Sciences.

    An Organizational Fair and Open Mike with Ken Weatherford, '04, will follow in the Eagle's Nest for students, while parents are encouraged to attend the financial aid workshop dealing with how to make college affordable, where they will receive information on Lambuth's new PACE (Providing Affordable College Education) program. The day includes lunch and a tour of the Lambuth campus. Reservations are required and may be made by calling 1-800-LAMBUTH.
