LAMBUTH UNIVERSITY JAZZ ENSEMBLE CELEBRATES SPRING WITH JAZZ ON THE GREEN

The Lambuth University Jazz Ensemble will celebrate spring with its annual “Jazz on the Green” concert at Eickhoff Plaza April 9 at noon. The concert will feature the Jazz Band and the smaller Jazz Combo, and includes student soloists. The groups will play jazz standards as well as contemporary pieces.
The Eickhoff Plaza, directly in front of the Wilder Union Building, is a new venue since last year’s concert. It features comfortable, shaded outdoor seating and is convenient to the Lambuth Bistro, which offers snacks and drinks. The community is invited to stop by, have lunch, and enjoy this free open-air concert.
